Train with 19 Sports

Rod Riley and his team from 19 Sports has created a 3 month training system for you to get in shape for the 100 mile ride. To download a sample of the 19 Sports training system, click here.  When you register for the ride, Rod and his team will be contacting you with additional information on how to use the training plan.


Group Training Rides
Train for the Summit Challenge by joining committee member, Kami Kahler for weekly training rides in Salt Lake and Park City. These training rides will begin April 21 and go throughout the summer. The training rides are free to riders who are registered for the Summit Challenge. 

    Salt Lake City Training Rides
        Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. 
        Ride leaves from Contender in Salt Lake City (900 South & 900 East)

    Park City Training Rides
        
Rides begin on June 3
        Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.
        Ride leaves from National Ability Center parking lot
